Blake's field day

Josh and I were able to help at field day this year. We had a lot of fun, the kids and adults were exhausted by the end.

Chandler's gymnastics program. We are so thankful for Ms. Sherry at Chandler's school who brings gymnastics to the kids. Chandler loves it!

The kids loved going to the Kite festival in Spartanburg. They loved making and flying their own kites...but they really enjoyed bbq french fries. I didn't get to go this year but hoping to make it next!

Be still my heart...if you only knew how long this took. We had been volunteering in the church nursery on Sunday mornings. At first, Blake was very distant and not very interacting with the children. I suggested he read to them and that was the beginning, he loved it and the children were in awe of him. I was just so proud and full of joy watching him.
