WHAT??....They are both asleep in the middle of the afternoon!!!

I think I might be dreaming but is that silence in my house...and in the afternoon...WHAT?  I am taking this opportunity to catch up the blog when I should be napping my self...on well!  We just got back from having tubes put in Chandler's ears this morning.  Glad to report that so far all is well and I am hoping for big changes with the ears from here on out!  Blake woke up at 530am this morning and has been a pill so I made him lay down to rest and guess what? He fell asleep!!  I wish he would take more naps I know he would feel better, but for now I will take what I can get.  

Not much has changed in the last few weeks I am glad to report, just trying to keep the kiddos occupied  in this heat!  Hope everyone is enjoying their summer so far!

Heaven is a little closer when you are at the beach..

We spent a week at Ono and loved every minute of it.  Blake was so much fun to watch this year because he really loved being in the ocean.  We celebrated Blake's 4th birthday while we were there, its so hard to believe!  Chandler loved being at the beach, she loved the water and didn't mind the sand to much.  Chandler is "talking" nonstop, we have heard the occasional dada and bye-bye.  She claps when she hears "yea" and waves bye-bye.  Blake is VERY strong-willed but very sweet and loving.  He is growing up so fast and he is so fun, he always has something funny to say, he keeps us on our toes for sure.  

Chandler has developed her own personality, she is strong-willed herself, but just as sweet and loving as her brother.  They have the best time together and Blake has already become very protective of her.  Chandler has followed in her big brothers footsteps when it comes to ear infections, we have been on antibiotics for the last month and have tube surgery scheduled for Friday, hopefully that will make a big difference.  

We always have a great time at the beach, we wish we lived closer, we only hope the Ono house will be there for us to enjoy for many years to come.
