Psalms 25:4-5

Show me your ways, O Lord, teach me your paths; guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long.

Pictures from the past week.

Here are a few pictures from the past week. Chandler had her follow up doctors appointment last week and she weighed 7 pounds! In one week she has gone from 6 pounds 3 ounces to 7 pounds, I would say she likes to eat!! We are grateful for her BIG appetite. At 3 weeks she is eating every 3 hours and taking about 3 to 4 ounces at each feeding. She is starting to be more alert during the day so we are enjoying small sessions of "playtime."
Big brother is doing well, he is very good with her. At 3 1/2 he is very independent, kind hearted and very smart. He continues to love going to school and playing outside.
Josh and I feel so blessed to have these two precious children in our lives. They remind us each day of God's wonderful blessings and his wonderful grace.

Blake has enjoyed his Hungry Hungry Hippos game DeeDee sent.

My beautiful baby girl.

Sharing some time with G-max.

Enjoying her big brothers boppy seat.

Enjoying some time with T-daddy. We loved having him here for a day.

Sweet baby girl.

Getting ready for a sponge bath. We will be so glad when she can have a real bath.

Priceless....

More Pictures of Chandler

Here are a few more pictures of Chandler. We are adjusting to life with a newborn again and very little sleep. She is a wonderful addition to our family and we feel so blessed to have her here.

Hanging out at home.

Our first night at home and our first of many bedtime stories.

More newborn pictures.

I missed Blake's Halloween party at school, thank goodness DeeDee and GiGi were able to go in my place. Here is Blake as Lighting McQueen and his side kicks.

Welcome Chandler Louise

On October 30th Josh and I welcomed our beautiful baby girl, Chandler Louise into the world. She was born at 12:26pm and weighed 6 pounds 12 ounces and was 20 inches long. Delivery was good, we went to the hospital Saturday night around 11:30pm with contractions, they admitted me and she was born the next day. We are all doing well, Blake has been great thus far, and we are all adjusting to life with a newborn. Here are a few pictures of the last week, enjoy! :)

Blake finally warmed up enough to hold baby Chandler, at first he was a little hesitant but now loves to touch and kiss his baby sister.
My sweet children...I am so blessed!

Her sweet smile
This picture I couldn't resist...after a long day this is how I found Blake taking his nap :)
Little bit and Marley (my 14 year old dog) both knocked out, but I will cherish this picture one day, not sure if Chandler will know who Marley is when she gets older.

Giving little sis some love.

My little lady bug, I couldn't resist with her being born so close to Halloween she had to have her very own costume.

Going home..the new family of 4.

Little miss lady bug.

One day old.

Big brother checking her out for the first time.

Taking us from labor and delivery to the mommy-baby floor, Blake had a great time taking this ride and I cherished this moment.

Daddy and Chandler, smitten already.

Brand new...what a precious gift!

Nine Months Prego!

My dear friend Heather, this is just for you!

A MUCH needed haircut!

It is such a big deal to get Blake's hair cut that we put it off as long as possible. I really wanted to have it cut before the baby arrived so a couple of Friday's ago we held our breath and went. Josh and I always hope that "this will be the day that he goes without a fight," well sad to report it was not to be this day. Oh well, we managed and God bless the lady that cuts his hair she is a trooper, she just cuts and cuts no matter how much he screams and yells! I think she cut enough this time last a while, at least I hope:)
