Psalms 25:4-5

Show me your ways, O Lord, teach me your paths; guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long.

2 month check up

We had Chandler's 2 month check up a few weeks ago and at that time she was 22.5 inches long and 11 pounds 9.6 ounces! She is growing so fast and becoming more and more interactive with us. She loves her big brother, Blake and smiles every time he comes in the room and talks to her. She is smiling a lot these days and "talks" to us in her sweet sound and coos. She has found a love for her thumb, no pap for this girl, she wants her thumb just like her mama did! She loves to eat and will let you know loud and clear when she is hungry and ready to eat. As of today, she is taking around 30-32 ounces a day. She eats about every 3 to 4 hours during the day and takes her last feeding between 8 and 9 pm and goes until around 8 the next morning.
We are thankful for her extended sleep during the nights these days and hope they will continue!
Blake continues to amaze us with how well he had adjusted to her being here. He asks me all the time when she will grow up so he can play with her? I know they are going to have a lot of fun together.
I have gone back to work, it is so hard to be away from them but I am so thankful that Josh's mom comes and keeps them for us. It is so much easier to go to work when you know they are being taken care of and loved.
Here are a few pictures from this past week or so...

Chandler (11 weeks old)

Where has the time gone?

I cannot believe that I will be going back to work next week, I am already starting to feel the effects! I have enjoyed being home with my two wonderful children so much and I wish I could stay home with them all the time, but there are bills to pay, right? Blake continues to love riding his bike and he is very good at it, he is quite a dare-devil if you ask me, I think he may participate in the x-games one day! Chandler is almost 3 months old and is starting to develop her own little personality. She has a huge smile with dimples that she gives when you talk to her and her eyes are dark blue. She LOVES to eat, much like her brother, inhaling about 30 ounces a day! I continue to be amazed at Blake and how well he has done with his little sister. He has gotten use to her crying although he still does not like it much at all, he would prefer her to get up and play with him! Josh and I love watching these two beautiful children grow and develop, we are truly blessed in so many ways. Here are some recent pictures of them...

Chandler: 10 weeks old

Doing a little tummy time and learning to push my head up.

Still LOVES bath time.

Blake had pajama day at school, he is showing me his muscles here.

Loving her new swing.

My son...never a dull moment!

Riding his bike (fyi..we did finally get a hair cut this past weekend, this is before obviously!)
