Psalms 25:4-5

Show me your ways, O Lord, teach me your paths; guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long.

Happy Thanksgiving!

We went "home" to Tennessee for Thanksgiving. We had a great time with my parents, my aunt and uncle and cousins from New Orleans. We spent most of the time at home with the new baby of course but as always DeeDee has enough "new" stuff to entertain Blake for a week! Having extra hands is always nice when taking care of a 3 year old and a new born! DeeDee and T-daddy had told Blake about the Chattanooga Choo Choo, so that was a big thing for him to go and see. Here are some pictures from our days there, I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving, we have SO much to be thankful for!

Chandler and T-daddy enjoying some dancing and music. (I love Chandler's face in this picture, can you just imagine what she is thinking!)

One Month Old!

It is hard to believe but Chandler is now 1 month old, my how time flies! We are all adjusting well, still trying to get on somewhat of a schedule. Chandler is becoming more interactive with us, she plays on her play-mat after feeding sometimes and has managed to swing in her swing a time or two, she still likes to be held and cuddle most of the time. We still average a 3 hour feeding schedule, thus far she has been very good about going 4+ hours at night so that we are thankful for. She has her daily fussy period in the evening between 6 and 10pm, just in time for dinner, bath and bedtime! :) It does make for a very eventful and stressful evening, but as I am told, "this to will pass." She has started to "coo" a little and has smiled once or twice, which makes all those LONG evenings very worthwhile.
Blake is still loving his new little sister, he is a big help to me. He is now 3 and 1/2 and full of himself. He is very active and is always keeping us on our toes!
Life is hectic to say the least, two kids is a whole new ball game. I would not change it for anything in the world, God has blessed me in SO many ways!

Enjoying some cuddle time with daddy and Blake.
