This past month has been sadden by the loss of Marley, my 16 year old dog. We found out that he had a malignant mouth tumor at the end of April and he died a week later. I am so saddened by his passing but he was the best dog I have and ever will have, he will be greatly missed.
In other news...the children are doing much better than they were about a month ago, Blake had a viral infection/ear infection/stomach bug that all in all lasted over a week and Chandler had her second ear infection the same week. Needless to say that week did not include much sleep! We managed to make it through, then had a visit from T-daddy and DeeDee, which was a lot of fun for the kids and a great relief for me since I was operating on VERY little sleep from all the illness.
Blake finished up his first year of preschool and had a precious end of the year program...see pictures below! He will surely miss his teachers Ms. Jennifer and Ms. Paula but we are looking forward to next year!
Chandler is trying to crawl and loves to watch her brother do just about anything...they continue to have a great time together.
Josh and I went to Chattanooga for my brother, John's, high school graduation. It is hard to believe that he will be starting college in the fall but we are all so proud of him! We love you uncle John!!
Soccer season has come and gone again and now daddy is home A LOT more, yea!!! and we are looking forward to the summer. We are actually at the beach as I am trying to catch up the blog in my down time so there will be lots more pictures to follow, until then here are a few pictures of the past month or so.....
